Join our class to experience the profound Active Consciousness Meditation, also known as Ananda Mandala. "Ananda" translates to "bliss" in Sanskrit, representing our inherent state of being. "Mandala" signifies a circle, symbolizing perfection, eternity, unity, and completeness.

Ananda Mandala is an ancient and potent chakra clearing meditation technique. This practice combines rhythmic breathing with focused meditation on the seven primary chakras. Through this process, energy channels are cleansed, hidden emotions and blockages are released, old wounds are healed, and the chakras are activated. Meet Your Trainer

Punnu Wasu was born and raised in Hyderabad, India, into a family deeply connected to kirtan and spirituality. From an early age, he displayed a keen interest in learning and practicing yoga and meditation. He pursued studies with various masters in ashrams and yoga and meditation schools across India and beyond.

With over 35 years of extensive knowledge and experience, Punnu imparts his wisdom through meditation classes, workshops, Meditation Teacher Trainings, Advanced Meditation Trainings, and Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings which he conducts on a global scale.
